2. Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, on servers within the European Union, under a data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. When the pages are accessed, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files): browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and the IP address. This data is used for technical delivery, security and stability and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. No cookies
This website does not use cookies or comparable storage techniques for marketing or analytics. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
4. Anonymous, cookieless reach measurement
To improve our offering, we record anonymously and without cookies which pages are viewed. No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored. No attribution to an individual is possible; only aggregated, anonymous access counts are produced (using a daily-rotating, non-reversible counter). Measurement takes place solely on our own server (first-party) and transmits no data to third parties. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal, no measurement takes place at all. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, subject and message) solely to handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The contact form is protected by a technical anti-spam mechanism that works without external captcha services. Your details are not shared with third parties and are deleted once they are no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. No external services
No third-party content is loaded automatically. In particular, no Google Fonts, no CDNs, no Google Maps, no social-media plugins and no external captcha services (hCaptcha, reCAPTCHA, Turnstile) are used. Links to external map or routing services open only after you actively click them, in a new window.
7. Your rights
- Access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise your rights.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. Responsible: the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), P.O. Box 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden – datenschutz.hessen.de.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in your browser's address bar.
